Refund policy

To request a change, cancellation, or return, please contact us.

• Changes
  Requests for changes to an order, including changes to the text, colors, quantities, etc., are only available up until an order goes into production. Most change requests will result in a full refund and require you to place the order again.
• Cancellations
  Cancellations are available up until an order goes into production. After that there will be a 10% fee to cancel. Personalized items (anything with text) cannot be refunded once produced.
• Returns
  Returns for non-personalized items are accepted for 30 days for a 10% fee. The customer must provide return shipping. Personalized items (anything with text) cannot be returned.
