• How long before my order ships?
  The items in your order will be made and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
  
• What is your return policy?
  Non-personalized items can be returned with 14 days of delivery.  Personalized items cannot be returned.  Items damaged during shipping can be replaced.
• How are your products made?
  All items are made on-site via 3D printing with UV/high temperature resistant plastic.
• Do you sell your designs?
  Sorry, we only sell the finished printed products.
• What shipping services do you offer?
  We offer various services from USPS and UPS.
• Do you ship internationally?
  In addition to the US where we are located, we ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, Iceland, Monaco, Slovenia, and U.S. Outlying Islands.
• Are taxes and duties included in the order?
  Taxes and duties applied by destination countries are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.
