• How long before my order ships?
  The items in your order will be made and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
  
• What is your return policy?
  Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a 10% fee; the customer provides return shipping. Personalized items cannot be returned. Items damaged during shipping can be replaced. See our full Refund Policy.
• How are your products made?
  All items are made on-site via 3D printing with UV/high temperature resistant plastic.
• Do you sell your designs?
  Sorry, we only sell the finished printed products.
• What shipping services do you offer?
  Within the US we offer USPS and UPS. International orders ship with USPS or DHL.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, we ship worldwide.
• Are taxes and duties included in the order?
  For international orders, taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
